By accessing or using FightSFTickets.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FightSFTickets.com provides a document preparation and mailing service for parking ticket appeals. Specifically, we:

• Provide a platform for you to input information about your parking citation
• Offer AI-assisted formatting to help polish your written statement
• Format your information into a professional letter layout
• Print and mail your letter to the appropriate municipal agency

We do NOT provide legal advice, legal representation, or guarantee any outcome of your appeal.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

• All information you provide is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge
• You are the owner of the vehicle cited or have authorization to act on behalf of the owner
• You have reviewed and approved the final content of your appeal letter before submission
• You understand that we format and mail your words — we do not add arguments or facts on your behalf
• You will not use the Service for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purposes

4. AI-Assisted Formatting

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to help improve the tone and clarity of your written statement. You understand that:

• The AI reformats your words for professional tone — it does NOT add facts, legal arguments, or substantive content
• You may choose to use your original statement or the AI-formatted version
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-formatted text before it is mailed
• AI formatting is provided "as-is" and we make no guarantees about its effectiveness

5. Payment and Refunds

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you authorize us to print and mail your appeal letter.

Refund Policy: Because we immediately process and mail your letter upon payment, refunds are generally not available once your letter has been printed. If we have not yet printed your letter, you may contact us for a full refund.

We do not offer refunds based on the outcome of your appeal, as we do not control or guarantee any result.

6. No Guarantee of Results

We make absolutely no guarantee that your appeal will be successful. The decision to dismiss, reduce, or uphold your parking citation is made entirely by the relevant municipal agency. We simply deliver your letter — we have no influence over their decision.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIGHTSFTICKETS.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of appeal or denial of your parking ticket contest
• Additional fines, penalties, or fees assessed by any agency
• Missed deadlines (though we make every effort to mail promptly)
• Any errors in the information you provided

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
